There's a conversation somehow like this (name of characters just for illustration only):

Jerry: I have been thinking about whether love should go with my brain or my heart.
Tom:  How you think?
Jerry: Rational is like a light to lead your heart when it gets lost.
Tom:  How it works?
Jerry: That your mind knows the reasons that make you fall in love with the person will help you out when all your feelings are gone.
Tom:  What's the reason for your love?
Jerry: A few years ago, my lover had the most beautiful eyes in the world. But...
Tom:  And...? 
Jerry: Now, those eyes are not very beautiful anymore. Not because they are changed, just because I have seen lots of pretty eyes recently.
Tom:  You got your answer, I think, or I got the answer for myself.
