Nama chocolate recipe
- 240 g chocolate
- 160 g whipping cream
- 50 g unsalted butter
- cocoa powder
- optional liquor for flavor (rhum/brandy)
Making steps:
- Melt whipping cream and butter in a pot, bring the liquid to simmer. 
- Mix the liquid with chocolate.
- Pour everything into a mold (15cm), freeze for at least 2 hours.
